Week three of cake class and the theme was clowns. I do not love clowns. Figure Piping, Dots, Rose Base...lots to practice.

- I began my cake decorating career with baking birthday cakes for our oldest child. In 2006 I took the Wilton Method Cake Decorating Classes at my local craft store. I was hired as a Wilton Method Instructor in 2007. I took a hiatus for two years and came back to teaching in July of 2013.
