Course 1 Week 2 First Cake

 

Tonight we learned how to ice a cake, star tip decorating and piping gel transfer.

Lessons from tonight's cake class: 

1. Ice your cake at home.  
2. Do not use squeeze tube icing (other people did and it was awful).  
3. Red icing is impossible to make (Good thing I like Pink).  
4. My handwriting is just as bad on cake.
